All appointments will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Please be advised that SSH Hair reserves the right to cancel any appointments that remain unconfirmed.
Late Arrival
We Allow a 10-minute grace period. If the service permits, we may adjust the appointment duration to accommodate the delay without compromising the quality of the service. However, if adjustments are not feasible, we kindly request rescheduling of your hair appointment to ensure you receive the full experience without rushing.
